Return & Refund Policy

At Arko Bathroom Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days (one month) from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  • Customers may return products by arranging shipment through their own preferred courier or shipping service.

  • The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, Arko Bathroom Store will process the refund or exchange if the return meets the eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

  • Arko Bathroom Store does not provide return shipping labels and will not reimburse any shipping expenses incurred for returning products.

  • Any costs associated with the return, including courier fees, packaging materials, insurance, customs duties, or other related charges, must be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without their original packaging.

  • Products returned after the 30-day return period.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
